Wherever possible, we rely predominantly on local raw materials from suppliers in the region surrounding our four production facilities (spread across Germany). We do this in order to strengthen regional companies and save CO₂ thanks to the short transportation routes.
To keep energy consumption as low as possible, we at ZAPF work with highly efficient systems in which water and energy are used particularly sparingly. We also use the heat generated during production to dry the garages, for example. Residual cement is also reused in production to avoid wasting resources.

Our smart solution
With our garage configurator, you can design your garage according to your wishes in just a few clicks – from the size to the fittings.
Our garages are delivered by trucks that meet at least emission standard 6. We have also used ships and trains to deliver large orders.
ZAPF garages are manufactured in Germany to keep transportation distances as short as possible. A total of four manufacturing plants produce in Weidenberg, Baar-Ebenhausen, Neuenburg am Rhein and Dülmen. We can therefore set up our delivery structure in such a way that the new prefabricated garage is delivered from the nearest production site to the installation location. This saves costs for the end customer and CO₂.
The construction of our prefabricated concrete garages is extremely stable. The mix of materials is put together in such a way that the structures of ZAPF garages are practically indestructible.
Yes, definitely. ZAPF garages are designed in such a way that renovation work that may be required after 20 – 30 years can be carried out easily. We even have our own renovation team that takes care of garage modernization.
Yes, wallboxes can easily be installed in and on all ZAPF garages. Simply order an additional power socket when placing your order – then a wallbox of your choice can be installed on it by the customer’s own service provider.
Naturally. The flat roofs of ZAPF garages are designed in such a way that a green roof can be created. It serves as natural insulation and as a habitat for plants and animals.
