After planning is before installation

Once the prefabricated garage has been planned together with our specialist advisors (always corona-compliant, i.e. in accordance with the currently applicable regulations), we arrange a desired delivery date for the garage and then drive it to you on time. However, before the garage can finally be erected, certain preparations still need to be made on the site:

Firstly, a foundation must be laid in advance: This is because the foundation is the basis of the prefabricated garage – the garage is erected on the foundation. This requires particular precision. ZAPF therefore creates a separate foundation plan for each garage – and is also happy to create the foundation for you (although this can also be done by a construction company on site according to the plan).
Site inspection by a ZAPF site manager: The ZAPF site manager service guarantees a successful installation of the new prefabricated garage. This service includes an inspection of the future parking space by an expert ZAPF specialist. This means that any problems can be solved in good time beforehand and nothing stands in the way of installation!

For larger order quantities and distant destinations, the water route saves energy – and thus protects the environment

In order to get our ZAPF prefabricated garages to their destination as sustainably and efficiently as possible, we also deliver the garages ordered for one or two large orders by ship to the vicinity of the destination location. The advantage of this is that around 50 garages can be loaded and transported per ship at the same time.

Difficult access to the site: garage erection by crane

There is also a solution if the garage cannot be delivered to the final installation site using a normal skip loader, e.g. due to its size, weight or constrictions on the site: installation using a mobile crane. The crane lifts the garage and sets it up at the desired location.

Assembly: turnkey garage in one hour or less

Instead of several weeks of construction time for a brick garage, the assembly of a ZAPF prefabricated garage only takes a few hours! This means that you can park in the garage on the same day of delivery (if the access road allows it!).
