More and more homeowners are opting for double garages for good reason, in order to have enough space for two cars or other items such as lawn mowers, tires etc. in the long term. The high-quality ‘multi-space garages’ are available in various sizes and with a wide range of accessories. <\/em><\/p>\n

There are currently around 47 million passenger cars in Germany. This means that there are around 700 cars for every 1,000 inhabitants. As a result, there is a severe shortage of parking spaces in many cities. However, this problem no longer only affects large cities and conurbations – it is also becoming increasingly difficult to find a suitable parking space for your car in smaller towns and residential areas. In addition, parking your car in a garage is the only way to prevent it from being damaged by storms, hail or other environmental influences. Vandalism can also be a problem, especially as damage caused by external influences is not covered by some car insurance policies. It is therefore important to make sure when building a house that there is sufficient secure parking space for all residents of the house and that the second and possibly even the third car do not have to park on the street.<\/p>\n
