Tip 1: Choose a garage type with a particularly good ratio of external to internal dimensions<\/h2>\n

This is where the ZAPF single garages<\/a>, which are also available in smaller sizes, come into their own, as their special reinforced concrete construction and sophisticated statics mean that ZAPF garages have comparatively thin walls with maximum stability. This advantage is particularly noticeable in comparison to brick garages<\/a>, with an increase in usable space of up to 16%! <\/p>\n

Tip 4: Avoid empty spaces between the house and garage<\/h3>\n
