A garage cannot be erected on the bare ground. But is it enough if the foundations are prepared? <\/p>\n

It is actually logical: in order for a garage to be erected by a specialist company like ZAPF, the installation site must be prepared and the general conditions must “fit”.<\/p>\n

Checkliste: Das ist zu tun, bevor eine Garage angeliefert werden kann<\/h3>\n

  1. Zu kl\u00e4ren:<\/strong>\u00a0Die Einfahrt auf das Grundst\u00fcck und die Zufahrt zum Aufstellplatz m\u00fcssen frei von Hindernissen wie z.B. Bauger\u00fcste, Brennholzstapel od. \u00e4hnl. sein, damit das Spezial-Absetzfahrzeug dort problemlos anfahren kann. (Sollten gr\u00f6\u00dfere, nicht zu bewegende Hindernisse \u2013 wie Stallungen, Mauern etc. \u2013 oder nicht befahrbare Elemente wie Zisternen oder unterirdische \u00d6ltanks im Weg sein, kann, gegen Aufpreis, dann auch ein mobiler Kran eingesetzt werden.)<\/li>\n
  2. Machen (oder machen lassen):<\/strong>\u00a0Die Zufahrt zum Grundst\u00fcck mit dem Aufstellort der Garage muss (sofern es sich nicht sowieso um eine asphaltierte Stra\u00dfe handelt) unbedingt so befestigt (geschottert) sein, dass sie mit dem schweren Absetz-LKW gefahrlos befahren werden kann.<\/li>\n
  3. Machen (oder machen lassen):<\/strong>\u00a0Eine ZAPF-Garage muss auf daf\u00fcr geeigneten Bodenfundamenten aufgestellt werden \u2013 diese m\u00fcssen rechtzeitig vor der Garagenanlieferung und ausreichend dimensioniert (nach ZAPF-Vorgabe) fertiggestellt sein. (Hinweis dazu: Der ZAPF-Bauleiter pr\u00fcft dies pers\u00f6nlich, bevor die Garage angeliefert wird.)<\/li>\n
  4. Machen (oder machen lassen):<\/strong>\u00a0Ebenfalls rechtzeitig vor der Anlieferung muss auch die Entw\u00e4sserung \u2013 also der Anschluss an Kanalisation oder an eine Zisterne – vorbereitet sein (f\u00fcr den Niederschlagswasserabfluss).<\/li>\n
  5. Machen (oder machen lassen):<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00fcr Garagen, die f\u00fcr Licht, Steckdose, Torantrieb etc. Strom ben\u00f6tigen, muss (ebenfalls rechtzeitig vor dem Anlieferungstermin) die Anschlussinstallation vorbereitet und das zentrale Versorgungskabel freigelegt sein.<\/li>\n
  6. Machen (oder machen lassen):<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00fcr den Tag des vereinbarten Anlieferungstermins muss f\u00fcr die Stra\u00dfe, in der die Garage aufgestellt werden soll, eine Stra\u00dfensperre oder ein Halteverbot eingerichtet werden. Dies ist rechtzeitig bei den Beh\u00f6rden anzumelden, damit bei der Anlieferung keine fremden PKW im Weg sind.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
