Custom roof construction

On request, your prefabricated garage can be supplied with a reinforced ceiling so that it can be used as the basis for a terrace or later structural extensions. Unusual roof constructions, such as individually designed loggias or special roof structures, are also possible. Additional reinforcement of the garage is required for these adaptations. Electric door operator

ZAPF offers various options for convenient and secure control of your garage door – via Maveo stick, permanently installed radio code button, or modern finger scanner. All control options offer maximum convenience in everyday life, as the door can be opened or closed on the way to the garage. This is particularly convenient in rain, snow, or darkness. The technology is reliable, equipped with a durable electric motor and a control unit, and suitable for both up-and-over and sectional doors.

Maveo-Stick: Enables the door to be opened and closed by radio signal directly from the car or when leaving the house.

Radio code button: Permanently installed near the garage door, opens after entering an individual numerical code.

Finger scanner: Provides additional protection against break-ins, as the door is only opened with a stored fingerprint.

Light barrier

The ZAPF light barrier offers an additional safety function for electric garage doors. If there is an obstacle in the sensor range, the door stops automatically to prevent damage. This is particularly important for families with children pets or when a car is entering.

ZAPF Doorlight is an LED light strip specially developed for prefabricated garages, which is mounted directly above the garage door. It provides bright and uniform lighting in the entrance area and facilitates safe parking.

Eco garage ventilator

The ZAPF eco garage ventilator ensures continuous air circulation in the garage – without any electricity. Wind power draws in the air inside the garage and transports it to the outside. In combination with the premium sectional door, ventilation is further optimized as the upper section of the garage door can be tilted inwards to allow air circulation when the door is closed.

  • Operated via wind power, no maintenance costs
  • Louvre design ensures an air exchange rate of approx. 125 m³/h even at low wind speeds
  • Removes stagnant humid air and improves the indoor climate
  • An integrated condensate tray prevents the ingress of rainwater and additional moisture

Electrical installation

Additional sockets in your ZAPF garage make it even more versatile. If you opt for an electrical installation in your garage, the wiring is carried out ex works, and the cables are laid flush-mounted.

Garage lighting

The ZAPF LED lighting provides automatic lighting for your prefabricated garage. A motion detector activates the light as soon as someone enters the garage. The integrated daylight sensor ensures that the light is only switched on when required, thus saving energy.
