There’s no question about it: companies that have prefabricated garages produced abroad save a lot of money and can therefore offer cheaper products than companies that produce exclusively in Germany. Wages are often significantly lower abroad, as are raw materials and energy costs – and it is often much easier to comply with local environmental regulations.

Despite growing low-cost competition, we at ZAPF are committed to garage production in Germany – without exception. We produce in four factories in Neuenburg (Baden-Württemberg), Dülmen (NRW), Ebenhausen and Weidenberg (Bavaria).
We do this out of conviction, but the advantages of producing garages in our own country are also obvious to us – because customers benefit significantly from this.
