1. Dachsanierung: Wann muss das Garagendach renoviert werden?
Auch wenn Garagenflachdächer in der Regel über Jahrzehnte dicht halten, kann es bei alten Garagen durch Witterungseinflüsse wie Frost, Hitze oder Regen und äußere Umstände vorkommen, dass sich undichte Stellen entwickeln. Ist dies der Fall, sollte unbedingt gehandelt werden, da sonst mit Stockflecken und Schimmelbefall im Inneren der Garage zu rechnen ist.
Bei der Garagendachsanierung gibt es im Prinzip zwei Möglichkeiten: Neue Abdichtung oder Pultdach. D. h., entweder wird eine komplett neue Abdichtung auf das Dach aufgebracht, um es neu zu „versiegeln“ oder die ZAPF-Experten setzen ein Pultdach auf das alte Garagendach. Das Pultdach besteht aus einer Stahlkonstruktion, die wie eine zusätzliche Haube für die Garage funktioniert. Das Pultdach wird von den allermeisten Garagenbesitzern vor allem auch optisch als echte Bereicherung empfunden. Dazu hält es besonders lange!

If the tracks or the door frame are dilapidated, the door springs are overstretched or the door no longer closes properly, door renovation is unavoidable. You need to be particularly careful with porous gate springs, because if they break, they can become a dangerous projectile.
