Top 1: Roof
In practice, garage roof repairs or garage roof conversions are demonstrably the most frequent detailed work in the context of garage renovation/modernization. This is usually because the roof coating on ageing garages can leak at some point – and water can get in. Signs of a damp garage roof can include a musty smell, mildew stains and mold growth.
There are various ways to solve this problem:

Top 3: Wall / plaster
After a few years, wind and weather can cause the garage façades to become discolored or the paint to fade in some places, and may even begin to crumble. This is particularly the case on the exterior walls (where the weather can have a direct impact), but also on the interior.
