Crucial point: the quality of the garage renovation
This (the quality) is often the main problem with the low-cost companies on the garage renovation market. Instead of specialists, they often employ semi-skilled workers and the materials used do not always meet the quality standards that building owners want. This in turn means that the cheaply purchased refurbishment often has to be carried out – and paid for – again after just a few years (sometimes even months).
