The “right” door in each case: If the interior space of the garage is to be optimally utilized and the area in front of the garage is to be used regularly for parking, the slightly more expensive sectional door makes sense instead of a simple up-and-over door. Not only does it look very good, it also requires no space inside or in front of it.
Roof edge design: This all-round protection of the building edge running around the top of the garage prevents rainwater from running down the body of the garage. This significantly reduces the formation of water marks and mildew stains and keeps the façade looking good for much longer.
Electrical installation: If only to connect an electrical appliance in the garage – but also to power interior lighting and, for example, to supply the electric door operator (immediately or later)! Tip: If a wallbox (e-car charging station) is to be installed on or in the garage at a later date, it is advisable to think about a power connection when planning!
