Roof renovation:
Mould stains and mildew in the garage are usually caused by a leaking roof. There are two main options for solving this problem in brick-built garages and prefabricated concrete garages. Either the roof is resealed with a new layer of insulation or the garage is fitted with a completely new shed roof.
Interior renovation:
The interior modernization includes renovation work on the garage wall, ceiling and floor, and the entrance threshold can also be replaced. When carrying out repairs, the competent ZAPF experts place particular emphasis on high-quality and extremely durable materials so that the joy of the newly modernized garage lasts for many years.
Gate renovation:
Rust on springs and suspensions, cracks and breaks in the mechanical parts of the garage, clearly audible running noises and difficulty opening or closing a garage door are all signs that a garage door repair is necessary. Depending on the condition of the door, defects can be repaired individually. However, if the necessary renovation work adds up, the ZAPF garage experts usually recommend a complete replacement of the garage door. Even in the case of brick garages, such a replacement can be easily carried out by the experts. The broken door is removed together with the suspension and the new door with door frame is firmly attached to the garage body using special screws and dowels.
