Flat roofs for garages have many advantages: they are relatively inexpensive to produce, have a classically beautiful Bauhaus aesthetic and are easy to inspect. In addition, with the right production quality, they remain watertight for many years or even decades.

With this technique, a monopitch steel roof is placed on top of the existing flat roof. This not only looks very attractive – it also offers the advantage that precipitation is immediately diverted away from the roof via the pitched roof – which in turn benefits durability.
