Sounds crazy – but it actually works. Because investing in a garage does not increase the value of a property 1 : 1 by the amount of the garage purchase price, but significantly more!

Let’s assume you own a property, for example, a detached house. This house currently has no garage – or only one (although more and more households in Germany own two or more cars). Have you ever considered having a (further) solid prefabricated garage installed on the property?
