- Can my garage be erected despite the coronavirus distancing rules?
=> Yes, the ZAPF team can continue to deliver and erect garages. Our garage experts comply with all legal requirements. - How can I get advice at the moment?
=> Advice is currently often initially provided by telephone or online. However, advice can also be provided on site in times of coronavirus, ideally directly at the construction site. Incidentally, this also makes perfect sense, as it allows the general conditions and local circumstances to be assessed immediately. For legal reasons, the consultation must always take place outdoors. And any form of personal contact (i.e. no shaking hands) and sufficient distance must be maintained. Experience has shown that this type of consultation works very well and is perceived by the customer as a real enrichment of our time together!
- When will the garage I have already ordered be delivered?
=> Due to the current crisis situation, it is possible that our supply chains may be delayed in some cases. Should this be the case, your advisor will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
