Status of compatibility with the requirements

The above-mentioned service is partially compatible with the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG).

The following parts/contents/functions of the service are not accessible:

  • The majority of the images on the website contain alternative texts. In some cases, however, descriptive information is missing or decorative images have not been correctly labeled.
  • Most of the content follows a correct heading hierarchy, but there are some structural inconsistencies.
  • The core functions of the website are accessible via the keyboard, but individual operating elements (e.g., dropdowns or sliders) are not fully keyboard-controllable.
  • The majority of the interactive elements have a focus display, but these are missing for some control elements.
  • The majority of the interactive elements have a focus display, but these are missing for some control elements.
  • The contrast is sufficient in most areas, but there are a few color-text combinations that do not meet the minimum requirements.
  • Screen readers can interpret most of the content correctly, but there are still difficulties in more complex areas.
  • The most important form fields are accessible. However, individual fields or error messages are not sufficiently labeled.
  • Moving content starts automatically and cannot be paused or stopped, which can be a barrier.
  • Basic navigation is available, but additional orientation aids such as jump links or visual structuring are missing.
  • Some error messages are included correctly; others are not displayed correctly or are overlooked.
  • The PDF documents provided do not meet the requirements for accessible documents.

Non-accessible parts of the service – implementation deadlines

Adjustments to improve accessibility are reviewed on an ongoing basis and implemented where necessary. Areas that are not yet fully accessible are adapted where possible, provided this is technically feasible. The identification and removal of existing barriers is a continuous process. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of content and functions for users. If certain measures cannot be implemented in the short term, this is documented accordingly. We aim to continuously improve the accessibility of the service.
