ZAPF GmbH strengthens international presence: new websites for France and international interested parties

Following the successful relaunch of the websites for Germany, Austria and garage modernization, ZAPF GmbH is now expanding its digital presence internationally. With the launch of the French website and an English language version, the company is responding to the growing demand from other European countries and will offer customers even more service and comprehensibility in future – without any language barriers.

The focus here is on the consistent continuation of the new brand identity. The French site has also been fully integrated into the modernized design and navigation concept. Visitors benefit from a clear structure, fast loading times and intuitive user guidance – both on desktop and mobile. This makes access to product information, service offerings and contact options even easier and more direct.

Special attention is paid to customer proximity: the French website provides comprehensive information about the range of prefabricated concrete garages, delivery areas and services in France. At the same time, the English version ensures that even international interested parties without any knowledge of German can get an easy introduction to the product portfolio and the corporate world. An additional service highlight is the new French-language chatbot, which supports visitors with initial questions.
