Supposed garage bargains often conceal standard offers in which individual wishes are not (or cannot be) taken into account and important details are not included in the price.
The following aspects should be clearly regulated when assessing the price of a garage:
- What materials are used in the garage on offer? Is it really a solid garage made of durable reinforced concrete?
- Is only the standard garage shape shown available?
- Are only the standard color and garage design shown available – and do they match the house in question?
- Are only the standard sizes shown available? And are these really sufficient for the respective individual requirements?
- What equipment is the offer based on? What kind of door is used, for example?
- Are additional features available – and if so, which ones and how much do they cost?
- How is the topic of “foundation” regulated in the corresponding offer? (This topic is often simply left out).
- How is the issue of “transportation/installation” regulated? Is the corresponding effort included in the price – and how do longer journeys or complicated site conditions affect the price?
