A major advantage is that the slope of the shed roof allows rainwater to slide directly into the connected rain gutter. This greatly reduces the risk of moisture in the garage and the drained rainwater can be reused more easily. In addition, an extra built-in damping system prevents loud noises – for example when the rain pours down.
When installing the shed roof, the garage professionals from ZAPF leave the existing roof coating in place. This gives the garage roof double protection, so to speak. The mono-pitch roof is then placed over the old garage roof like a hood and firmly screwed to the garage.
The basic structure of the Premium roof consists of folded, galvanized sheet steel profiles. The roof cladding is available in brown or gray as standard. However, a different RAL color to match your home can also be selected on request.
