Sabrina, who is well-known from TV, doesn’t settle for a garage
Yes, she actually did it: Sabrina, the “trucker babe” known from the Kabel Eins TV series of the same name, also known as the PS princess, not only drove a single ZAPF garage across the country – but also transported two ZAPF garages (or garage parts) with the heavy special truck. One piggybacked – the other on the trailer.
However, even this experienced trucker, who otherwise specializes in transferring new trucks and therefore has to deal with a different truck almost every day, first had to find her way around this very special transport task.

In fact, before her big towing job, she first completed a short internship at ZAPF and got to know the various special vehicles from ZAPF – after all, the vehicles have to be maneuvered with centimetre precision under sometimes extreme conditions with heavy loads. Only then did Sabrina drive a few smaller tours for ZAPF as a regular driver and was finally accompanied by the Kabel Eins camera team on a major tour from Weidenberg, north-east of Bayreuth, to Berlin.
On this Berlin tour, she then drove two 3 m wide garage components to Berlin, where a ZAPF colleague then picked them up from Sabrina’s vehicle with a special crane vehicle and assembled them precisely into a large garage with a total length of 9 m at the destination. No question – not an everyday job, even for such an experienced driver!
But as Sabrina says on her special Kabel Eins website on the subject of ‘women and driving’: “There are good and bad drivers of every gender. But I think we women are more patient and with the right ambition we prove that we’ve got what it takes.” No question – Sabrina has clearly proven that. Not only does the woman look extremely interesting (pictures to prove this can also be found on her Kabel Eins special website), she also masters the maneuvering of very heavy vehicles like a pro

By the way: garages in standard sizes from ZAPF do not usually have to be lifted from the transport truck by a crane vehicle and set down at the final place of use – this is usually all done with a single special vehicle.
